Some of the programs currently offered by Life Line are: a. “Silver Alert Hellas”, the National Coordination Program to timely and accurately broadcast information about missing seniors in order to aid in their return, b. National SOS Line 1065, c. “Red Button”, a personal alarm system, d. “Volunteer Neighbor”, a program whereby volunteers perform home visits to elders in order to assist with their daily needs, e. “Every day by their side”, the provision of monthly food packages to 300 indigent seniors, f. National Blood Bank for senior citizens.

The grant regards the provision of “Red Buttons” to 140 seniors residing around Greece. By pressing the red button when needed, seniors are directly connected to the Organization’s social welfare department. This department assists them according to their needs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The paging technology used is interactive and hands-free.
