Food Bank Greece is a member of FEBA (European Federation of Food Banks). Most recently, apart from Athens, Food Banks were established in 3 other Greek cities, namely, Thessaloniki, Larissa, and Drama. Food Bank accepts food donations and distributes them to 150 organizations with 38,000 beneficiaries yearly. These organizations include care homes, rehabilitation centers, organizations for children, people with disabilities, and of course, soup kitchens. Since its founding, Food Bank has distributed over 20,000 tons of food to those in need.

The grant regards the provision of food supplies to 8 Attica care homes, serving approximately 260 residents.
