Its activities mainly take place in the Prefecture of Western Greece, which is ranked one of the highest prefectures in Greece in terms of residents living in poverty.
Co-Solidarity Platform
The grant regards the creation of an electronic platform that will match donations of new and lightly used medical and health-related equipment. The organization will collect the equipment and then, if necessary, it will be repaired by vulnerable groups who will be trained in the maintenance of the equipment. Finally, the equipment will be distributed for free to vulnerable elderly living in their homes as well as ones living in care homes and in other health and social welfare organizations. The platform is based on an innovative model by envieautonomie.
