The organization is a member of FEBA (European Federation of Food Banks). In addition to Athens, Food Banks were recently established in several other Greek cities, namely, Thessaloniki, Larissa, Drama, Ioannina, and Irakleio.  Food Bank accepts food donations and distributes them to 155 non-profit organizations with 56,000 individual beneficiaries yearly. These organizations include care homes, rehabilitation centers, organizations for children, people with disabilities, and soup kitchens. Since its founding, Food Bank has distributed about 30,000 tons of food to those in need.

The grant regards the provision of food supplies to non-profit organizations in Karditsa and Volos that will distribute them to individuals in need who are affected by the Thessaly floods of 2023. The beneficiaries will be more than 2,000 individuals in the towns of Karditsa and Volos. Approximately half of these beneficiaries are elderly whilst another half are low-income individuals and their families.
