Physical & Psychological Educational Program for the Elderly
The grant regards the creation of a physical and psychological educational program for the elderly, that will be implemented in collaboration with the Municipality of Korydallos. Weekly classes will take place at the 5 Open Protection Centers of the Elderly of the Municipality of Korydallos over the course of 5 months, reaching over 250 seniors. The program will aim to improve the physical and psychological health of seniors. Through the program, seniors will get to know their bodies in depth and try to deal with and prevent physical and psychological pain. (grant paragraph box)
